By consuming beans and lentils at least four times per week, you can lower your risk of heart disease by as much as 22 percent compared to those who only eat them once a week or less.

Green vegetables like spinach, kale and broccoli have anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effects, making them a good superfood to add to your diet.
